Job Summary:

Nexus ERP is seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team. As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for meeting and registering new applicants, organizing and carrying out viewings, maintaining regular contact with clients and applicants, arranging and conducting viewings, and negotiating offers received.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Meet and register new applicants, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
  • Viewing Coordination: Organize and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service to clients and applicants.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with clients and applicants, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate offers received, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills to secure successful outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Previous lettings experience is essential, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and applicants.
  • Communication: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
  • Driving License: A full UK driving license and car ownership are essential for this role.
