Full Time & Permanent Role | 40 hours per week | 5 days out of 7 working schedule
Responsible for overseeing multiple locations across South England, including Worthing, Oxford, Southampton/Exeter, and Milton Keynes. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of flexibility regarding travel.
Occasional overnight travel may be necessary based on operational requirements, with all accommodation and expenses covered by the employer.
Our client, a prominent multi-service provider in the UK Facilities Management industry, is seeking to expand their team with a Regional Cleaning Operations Manager.
In this pivotal role, you will manage cleaning operations across approximately 20 locations, ensuring seamless business functionality.Oversee daily operations within the client account, including managing cleaning tasks and site coverage as needed.
- Maintain an area holiday planner and ensure adequate coverage for all scheduled absences.
- Perform site audits to verify adherence to cleaning standards.
- Plan and execute all additional tasks requested by the site within agreed timelines and budget constraints.
- Conduct monthly site visits to assess service performance, address staff needs, and liaise with clients across all locations. Provide support for business requirements and associated accounts as directed by the Operations Manager.
- Ensure all staff training is current, including onboarding, refresher courses, machinery operation, and toolbox talks.
- Confirm that all site compliance documentation is up to date and completed as necessary.
- Report, investigate, and address all risks, hazards, and incidents, ensuring appropriate remedial actions are taken.
- Strong flexibility regarding travel commitments.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Highly operational with a focus on commercial outcomes.
- Proven ability to manage direct reports, ensuring cleaning standards are consistently achieved.
