About the Role

Vista Health, a fast-growing business within InHealth Group, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our high-performing team. This role offers great autonomy and exposure, with commercial responsibility for revenue and margin performance across our vast portfolio of clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate company values and behaviours, achieving personal monthly KPIs and targets.
  • Grow business volumes through lead generation, client relationships, and new income opportunities.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with partners at all levels, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Liaise with Marketing to ensure effective growth support.
  • Design and confirm partner system requirements, understanding regulatory needs.
  • Analyse key metrics and data, addressing performance issues and developing innovative solutions.
  • Improve conversion rates by assessing client journeys and producing performance reports.
