Our client, a leading brand in the lingerie and swimwear market, is seeking a Senior Lingerie Designer to join their Design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving the development of seasonal trends and creating beautiful lingerie that meets the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research into fashion and consumer trends to inform design direction.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop key direction and implement seasonal trends.
  • Research and organize inspiration trips to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to develop exclusive fabrics, embroideries, laces, and prints.
  • Lead the conceptual development of innovative and directional product lines from CAD to finished samples.
  • Work with the Technical team to ensure design integrity and fit performance.
  • Source and develop fabrics, trims, and prints that represent the brand's fit and feel.
  • Negotiate with suppliers to meet required price points.
  • Complete detailed bill of materials and costing information for factories.

The Candidate:

  • A passion for lingerie and a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Contour Fashion or relevant degree.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Expert knowledge in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate ideas to the team and wider business.
