We are seeking an experienced External Communications and Marketing Manager to join our Brand, Comms & Marketing team at Hft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive external promotion strategy to drive brand awareness and promote Hft's services.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including recruitment, fundraising, paid digital social, PR, and media activities.
  • Source and develop engaging content that showcases Hft's work and impact, ensuring compliance and accessibility for all audiences.
  • Conduct research on demographic trends, impact assessments, and analyze marketing performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on key reputational and media issues, influencing campaign development and execution.
