Our key areas of business include business mobiles, business phone systems, business broadband, managed IT services, managed cyber security services, hosted telephony, contact centres and IT hardware repair.
Role SummaryThis exciting opportunity provides an excellent chance for the right candidate to progress their marketing career. We're looking for a candidate that's willing to demonstrate ambition to increase their marketing knowledge and skills whilst delivering value to the Marketing team. As part of the Marketing team, the Marketing Executive will contribute to the implementation of the Marketing strategy and plans. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across a multitude of platforms, channels and systems that are essential to the Marketing function.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaign content and activation, including email campaigns and digital advertising.
- Content creation: writing engaging content, producing and editing videos, sourcing and selecting images, image editing.
- Website: building landing and web pages using WordPress.
- Digital marketing: improve our online presence, research effective ways to communicate with our clients, manage and make improvements to our Google My Business, website and social media.
- Acquisition onboarding: assist with the onboarding of new company acquisitions including distributing welcome packs, redirecting websites, updating Google My Business, emailing new Croft Communications Limited employees.
- Hubspot: working on email campaigns, producing reports on leads through the website, data cleansing.
- Direct marketing campaigns: assist the team in sending out direct marketing packages to our clients.
- General marketing activities: you'll be expected to get involved with any other activities not listed above. These can include attending trade shows, organising events, client research, surveys etc.

- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Above all, an ambitious, hard-working, positive, friendly and outgoing disposition to fit in with our team and company culture.
• 5 or more GCSE Grade C or above.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• WordPress/ Hubspot / Canva experience desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Courteous and professional manner.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
