About the Role

Croft Communications Limited is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Marketing and Website Co-ordinator to join our Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day marketing activities across various platforms, channels, and systems. Your primary focus will be on implementing the Marketing strategy and plans, working closely with the Marketing team to deliver specific marketing activities, including email campaigns, digital advertising, customer research, data collection and cleansing, managing of marketing software, social media, and content creation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement marketing campaigns to improve our online presence and engage with our clients.
  2. Content creation: write engaging blog posts, produce and edit videos, source and select images, and image editing.
  3. Website management: build landing and web pages using WordPress, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  4. Digital marketing: research effective ways to communicate with our clients, manage and improve our Google My Business, website, and social media.
  5. Acquisition onboarding: assist with the onboarding of new company acquisitions, including distributing welcome packs, redirecting websites, updating Google My Business, and emailing new Croft employees.
  6. Hubspot management: work on email campaigns, produce reports on leads through the website, and data cleansing.
  7. Direct marketing campaigns: assist the team in sending out direct marketing packages to our clients.
  8. General marketing activities: participate in trade shows, organize events, client research, surveys, and other activities as required.

  • Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
  • Above all, an ambitious, hard-working, positive, friendly, and outgoing disposition to fit in with our team and company culture.
Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 5 or more GCSE Grade C or above.
  • English GCSE Grade C or above.
  • Further Education Qualifications (e.g., A-levels, BTECs).
Desired Skills

It would be beneficial if you have:

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • WordPress/Hubspot/Canva experience desirable but not essential.
  • Courteous and professional manner.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in all aspects of employment.
