We are seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Collections and Delivery Drivers for Angard Staffing. As a key player in our Christmas delivery team, you will be responsible for driving a long wheel-based van, delivering parcels on a dedicated route, quickly and efficiently, while maintaining our high integrity standards and demonstrating friendly customer service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Plan your delivery route and carry out safety checks on your vehicle.
- Lift and carry items up to 30kg, equivalent to 32 bags of sugar.
- Collect and deliver parcels to households and businesses.
- Go the extra mile for our customers as you deliver everything from birthday presents to vital business information.
- Meet the demands of the role, which requires a good level of fitness.
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence, with no more than six points.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Upbeat and self-motivated.
- Love of the outdoors, whatever the weather.
- Good level of fitness.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Resilience and flexibility.
Additional Information:
- Pay rates: From £14.04ph (Basic rate).
- Uplifts in pay are applied to London locations, Overtime (Over 40 hours) & Bank Holidays.
