About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Driver. As the face of Tesco out on the road, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their shopping in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver customer shopping trips in a safe and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer queries and concerns
  • Ensure that the van and trays are clean and tidy at all times
  • Load and unload the van as required
  • Take care of products and deliveries as if they were your own

Requirements

  • A valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
