Content Sub-Editor (Maternity Cover) - Fashion

We are seeking a skilled Content Sub-Editor to join our vibrant Localisation Services team, specializing in fashion, digital media, and e-commerce. This pivotal position involves engaging in a variety of projects and providing support across all team functions.

As an integral part of the Japan team, your focus will be on crafting innovative content across multiple platforms, ensuring compliance with brand standards and voice in a multilingual setting. Your duties will include producing high-quality Japanese copy for websites, applications, and other digital channels, as well as managing content updates and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing CRM content, application layouts, and homepage designs
  • Communicating project timelines and completion statuses
  • Editing and approving copy using CAT tools
  • Updating Tone of Voice documentation based on analytics
  • Maintaining an error-free translation memory
  • Conducting research on competitors and fashion trends
  • Evaluating UI content and Flat Pages
  • Ensuring product quality on the website
  • Offering feedback for ongoing improvement
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in both Japanese and English
  • Deep understanding of fashion trends and culture
  • Experience in e-commerce localization
  • Familiarity with Term-Management and CAT tools
  • Proficient in digital content management systems
