Job Title: Fitness Instructor

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Fitness Instructor to join our team at Leisure Focus. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness sessions to our members, promoting a positive and supportive environment that encourages individuals to achieve their fitness goals.

About the Role:
  • Deliver fitness sessions to members of all ages and abilities
  • Develop and implement new fitness programs and initiatives
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to members
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve business objectives
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and clean fitness environment
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in the leisure and fitness industry
  • REPS level 2 or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement
