About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fitness and Wellbeing Manager to join our team at Braywick Leisure Centre. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our fitness and wellbeing programs, ensuring a high-quality experience for our members.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement fitness and wellbeing programs that meet the needs of our members
  • Lead a team of fitness professionals to deliver high-quality programs and services
  • Ensure the successful implementation and operation of our member journey
  • Responsible for all aspects of the daily operation of the gym and studio facilities
  • Lead on the expansion of our GP referral program and specialist classes
  • Promote excellent customer service and motivate people to enjoy exercise
  • Ensure that our financial objectives are achieved and the appropriate financial systems and procedures are implemented
  • Identify and deliver appropriate staff training and development, motivating staff to reach their potential
Requirements
  • Management experience in leisure or a related industry
  • Recognised fitness training qualification equivalent to a minimum of Level 3
  • Fitness industry-recognised qualification such as lifestyle, management or nutritional
  • Evidence of CPD in the previous 12 months
