About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Instructor to join our team at Leisure Focus. As a Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness classes and sessions to our members, providing a safe and supportive environment for them to achieve their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fitness classes and sessions to members, including group fitness classes, personal training sessions, and fitness assessments.
  • Develop and implement fitness programs for members, taking into account their individual needs and goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to members on their fitness journey, including advice on exercise technique, nutrition, and lifestyle.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new fitness programs and services, including fitness classes, workshops, and events.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a high-quality member experience, including customer service, marketing, and sales.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in fitness instruction, such as REPS Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a fitness environment, including group fitness classes, personal training, and fitness assessments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with people of all ages and abilities.
  • Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • DBS Disclosure required.
