Unaccompanied Asylum-Seeking Children (UASC) Social Worker

NonStop Care is collaborating with a reputable local authority in Northamptonshire to find an experienced Social Worker for their Separated Children team.

This role involves working with unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (under 18) and families with no recourse to public funds. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing effective pathway plans to support young people's transition to independence.
  • Providing personal advice and guidance to enable young people to live independently.
  • Collaborating with local authorities and independent agencies to ensure seamless support.
