We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at The Mill Hill School Foundation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our estate and driving a programme of improvements to enhance the overall experience for our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the upkeep of our estate, ensuring that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
  • Develop and implement a prioritised programme of improvements to enhance the estate and its services.
  • Work closely with the Director of Operations and Health and Safety Manager to establish an effective maintenance regime.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any estate-related issues or concerns.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
