About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Estates Manager to join our team at The Mill Hill School Foundation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our estate and driving a programme of improvements to enhance the overall experience for our students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the upkeep of our estate, ensuring that all facilities are safe, secure, and well-maintained.
- Develop and implement a prioritised programme of improvements to enhance the estate and its services.
- Work closely with the Director of Operations and Health and Safety Manager to establish an effective maintenance regime.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address any estate-related issues or concerns.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estate management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
