Private Client Solicitor

We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Solicitor to join our team at Quro, a leading law firm. This exciting role will involve working on a wide range of private client matters, including estate planning, will writing, and trust administration.
Key Responsibilities:- Estate Planning: Assist clients in planning and managing their estates, including drafting wills, powers of attorney, and trusts.
- Will Writing: Draft and execute wills for clients, ensuring their wishes are carried out.
- Trust Administration: Manage and administer trusts for clients, including ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Probate and Estate Administration: Assist clients in navigating the probate process and administering estates.
- Inheritance Tax Planning: Help clients plan and minimize inheritance tax liabilities.
- Charitable Giving: Assist clients in making charitable donations and setting up charitable trusts.
- Deputyship: Assist clients in applying for deputyship and managing the affairs of vulnerable individuals.
- Strong Knowledge: Possess strong knowledge of private client matters, particularly in wills, trusts, estates, and tax issues.
- Caseload Management: Ability to handle own caseloads with minimal supervision.
- Time Management: Capacity to prioritize tasks, use initiative, and meet deadlines.
- Professional Demeanor: Professional demeanor, smart appearance, and excellent technical skills.
- Secretarial Support: Secretarial support provided to assist with administrative tasks.
