About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Advisor to join our Northern HR team at Ruskin Mill Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our schools, residential college, and post-education provisions in Sheffield, Darlington, and Scotland.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and vetting of staff
  • Employee relations and absence management
  • Payroll administration and changes
  • Investigations and grievances
  • Supporting staff with ill health and employee relations processes
Requirements
  • Experience in HR, preferably in an education or care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality
  • Driving license and access to a car
