Human Resources Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Advisor to join our Northern HR team at Ruskin Mill Trust.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing HR support to our schools, residential college, and post education provisions in Sheffield, Darlington, and Scotland.
Key responsibilities will include recruitment, vetting, absence management, communicating payroll changes, and employee relations matters.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with experience in conducting investigations, resolving grievances, and supporting staff with ill health.
They will also be able to work independently in Sheffield and communicate effectively with team members based at other sites.
The role will involve travel to other sites to support the Northern HR team and other Ruskin Mill Sites for team meetings and to support processes as required.
The successful applicant will need to have a driving license and access to a car to be able to travel between sites.
We offer a competitive salary, with progression in pay and an auto-enrolment pension scheme.
