Human Resources Coordinator

Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our Northern Human Resources team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with routine administrative duties, including data input and maintenance of HR systems
- Support with vetting checks for new staff and maintain accurate records
- Collate recruitment and equality data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
- Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures
As a Human Resources Assistant, you will have excellent communication and administration skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in HR or a related field is desirable, but not essential. We offer a comprehensive induction, extensive training, and a competitive salary package.
