About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at Farnham Park Health Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical services to patients, including face-to-face and telephone consultations.
  • Manage a patient list, ensuring timely and effective care.
  • Participate in daily huddles and weekly clinical meetings to discuss patient care and practice developments.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the achievement of practice targets.
Requirements
  • Be a fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration.
  • Have recent experience of working in general practice in the UK.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the practice.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Have a commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
