About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team at Farnham Park Health Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Manage a patient list and participate in clinical meetings
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
  • Participate in the practice's quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Fully qualified General Practitioner with GMC registration
  • Recent experience of working in general practice in the UK
  • Commitment to and experience of working as part of a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
