Role Overview

Our STARS team is dedicated to delivering a consistently high-quality, comprehensive, and discreet hosting experience for all visitors, guests, and employees at the designated site(s). They are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of clients' personnel, property, and information, all while fostering a knowledgeable, professional, and service-oriented atmosphere that promotes comfort and discretion.

As the central point of contact for all Front of House operations, STARS ensure seamless execution of services throughout the premises.

We pride ourselves on providing exemplary front-of-house services complemented by enhanced security training. Our STARS are vetted to BS7858 standards and undergo customized training tailored to meet the specific requirements of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet and assist all staff, visitors, and contractors.
  • Deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience.
  • Foster a high-performance culture and inspire colleagues.
  • Maintain a visually appealing workplace (reception, lobby, office, etc.).
  • Collaborate closely with client representatives (Facilities Manager, Office Manager, etc.) to enhance the office and front-of-house environment.
  • Assist during emergency situations.
  • Provide accurate and timely information.
  • Adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Build strong relationships with recurring clients (staff, visitors, contractors, etc.).
  • Represent Securitas and the client organization in alignment with their values and brand identity.

  • Exceptional written, verbal, and oral communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering high-level service.
  • Proficient in administrative software, including MS Office.
  • Polite, proactive, and punctual.
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and adaptability.
  • Experience in Customer Service, Front of House, Concierge, or similar roles in a corporate setting.
