About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Training Manager to join our team at Jet2holidays. As a key member of our learning and development team, you will play a vital role in driving the growth and success of our operations function.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs that meet the needs of our operations teams.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives using data-driven metrics and feedback.
  • Coach and mentor a team of trainers to ensure they deliver exceptional training experiences.
  • Ensure all training programs are compliant with industry regulations and internal standards.
  • Support leadership development initiatives and contribute to the overall growth and succession planning of the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing training programs.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills with experience of stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Familiarity with instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and e-learning platforms.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and lead a team of trainers, including remote team management.
