{"About the Opportunity": "We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Wakefield Distribution Centre. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our warehouse operations, supporting your team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure all operations are carried out with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring customer orders are fulfilled in a safe, secure and timely manner.
* Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory, stock levels and warehouse operations.
* Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity within the warehouse.
* Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and goals.

Requirements:

* Minimum 5 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English.
* Proven warehouse experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
* An understanding of laws and regulations relating to Health & Safety.
* Leadership qualities and excellent communication skills.
* Well organized and able to work under pressure.

Working Pattern: 40 hours per week on average, Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600 and 1 in 3 Sundays.

Training and Support: You will receive a comprehensive induction from the Learning and Development Facilitators.

Desirable: IOSH Qualification. First Aid Qualification. Fire Marshall. Knowledge of perpetual inventory systems. An understanding of GDP regulation.
