Job Description

Creative Support is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our team. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the management of our services, ensuring that our clients receive high-quality care and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service Delivery: Coordinate the delivery of care to a defined group of service users, ensuring that their needs, choices, and preferences are met.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise, coach, and perform management tasks for staff, volunteers, and students to ensure effective and personalized care.
  • Safeguarding: Ensure safeguarding measures are in place to protect vulnerable adults and that all staff comply with these policies and procedures.
  • Customer Care: Promote excellent customer care to service users, their families, and other agencies.
  • Relationship Building: Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users.
  • Service Development: Involve in referrals and assessments for new packages and support the growth of outreach services.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a busy workload are required.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to the needs of the service is essential.
