Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that drive business results and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Design and deliver HR programs and services that support the development of our employees and the achievement of our business objectives.
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to directors and managers on talent management, employee relations, and organizational change.
  • Lead complex HR projects and initiatives, including transformational change, talent management, and employee engagement.
  • Raise awareness of HR best practices across the organization and promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner in a complex and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at a senior level.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with directors, managers, and employees.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions that drive business outcomes.
  • FCIPD qualification or equivalent.
