Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Leader to join our team at One Stop. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the team to deliver a seamless shopping experience for customers.
  • Ensure the store is always clean, tidy, and well-presented.
  • Replenish products in a timely manner to meet customer demand.
  • Manage queues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support the Store Manager in managing absence and ensuring the store is staffed appropriately.
  • Monitor and action internal communications to ensure all colleagues are informed.
  • Build meaningful relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business results.
