Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Floortender to join our team at Dirty Martini. As a Floortender, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. You will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, serving drinks and food, and maintaining a clean and organized seating area.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
  • Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
  • Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
  • Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
  • Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
  • Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience.
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
