Responsibilities
  • Greet and Welcome Guests: Provide a warm and friendly first impression to our guests.
  • Serve Drinks and Food: Take orders and ensure timely delivery of drinks and food to our guests.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Seating Area: Clear empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Engage with Guests: Provide information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
  • Anticipate Guest Needs: Promptly address any inquiries or requests from our guests.
  • Collaborate with the Team: Work with our team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
  • Uphold Safety and Hygiene Regulations: Ensure responsible alcohol service and maintain a safe and healthy environment for our guests and staff.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional service to our guests and maintain a positive attitude.
