**Bar Elba**Party Island A rooftop Bar in Waterloo focusing on the plights of the infamous Napoleon, who was exiled to the Mediterranean island of Elba He took 600 of his closest friends and his fave horse, Marengo with him, staying for a grand total of 300 days Serving up amazing unique cocktails, great food, brand-new boozy packages, banging themed brunches and pods all with the backdrop of London’s most epic views.

**What We Need**:
As a Floortender, you will play a critical role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. Floortender’s love people You’re sometimes the first to greet them, so we want you to give them a great first impression.

**_This is a PART TIME/FULL TIME vacancy, with shifts based over (ENTER DAYS), and a wage starting at £(ENTER AMOUNT) per hour_**

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a warm and friendly first impression.
- Serve drinks and food to customers on the floor, taking orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized seating area, clearing empty glasses, plates, and trash as needed.
- Engage with guests, providing information on menu items, drink specials, and promotions.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly address any inquiries or requests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Uphold all safety and hygiene regulations, including responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the bar and seating areas before and after service.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to interact with any guest.
- Strong multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously during peak business hours.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to create a positive guest experience. Knowledge of responsible alcohol service and legal drinking age requirements.
