About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Nurse Manager to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our Regional Leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of high-quality nursing services across our services and surgeries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, supervision, and support to Lead Nurses and nursing teams.
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of clinical aspects of nursing care to ensure clinical excellence.
- Support the recruitment and retention of nursing teams.
- Develop and implement training programs for nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the Senior Operations team to achieve Nursing KPIs.
- Ensure CQC nursing compliance and implement policies across the organization.
- Lead on the clinical delivery of QOF and ES, ensuring maximum achievement of targets.
Requirements:
- Extensive clinical experience in Primary Care Health settings and leading nursing teams.
- Experience of primary care CQC inspections.
- Excellent understanding of National and Organizational policy.
- Knowledge of quality improvement programs and initiatives.
- Ability to identify training needs and provide relevant experience to learners.
