We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for efficiently managing contracts, scheduling jobs, and ensuring timely invoicing.
Key Responsibilities- Manage contracts from scheduling to invoicing
- Assist in proactive planning of works to ensure completion within scheduled completion date
- Provide monthly reporting on contracts
- Actively involved in purchasing of parts and specialist resources
- Arrange access to buildings to aid job completion
- Request call out and arrange Subcontractor attendance on project works
- Maintain excellent client relationships, contract and client records
- Allocate works to our engineering team
- Follow up on outdated works and works not completed with Sub-Contractors
- Operate the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies
- Provide support on helpdesk when required
- Interact with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully
- GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent
- Understanding of and experience with Project works environment
- Understanding of key deliverables of a Programme of works and experience in use of applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel
- Ability to work on own initiative and to prioritise workload
- Customer Awareness – responsive to the needs of the customer and aims to deliver customer satisfaction
- Adaptable and responsive and open to changing circumstance
