Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + annual bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Kensington. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory and stock management, leading a team of outdoor enthusiasts, and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with inventory and stock management, including audits and banking processes
  • Lead and manage a team of outdoor enthusiasts, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
  • Implement and drive sales initiatives to meet business targets and grow sales revenue
  • Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of outdoor products and services to provide expert advice to customers
  • Work closely with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in retail management from an outdoor, apparel, or footwear background
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of outdoor products and services, with a passion for the outdoors
