Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Support Specialist. As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Medication Support: Support clients with administering medication, as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious meals for clients, taking into account their dietary needs and preferences.
  • Household Support: Assist clients with light household chores, such as cleaning and laundry.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging in activities that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
Requirements
  • Caring Nature: Possess a caring and empathetic nature, with a strong desire to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work flexible hours, including weekends on rotation.
  • Valid Driving License: Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle, with a willingness to use it for work-related purposes.
  • Training and Development: Be willing to undergo comprehensive training and development programs, both in-classroom and on-the-job.
