- Provide comfort and companionship to customers, engaging in activities and conversations that promote their mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with household tasks and meal preparation, ensuring customers' living environments are safe and comfortable.
- Support customers to access the community, attending appointments, social visits, and days out.
- Assist with medication management, ensuring customers receive their prescribed medication in a timely and safe manner.
- Caring and compassionate approach, with a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Full UK driving license and access to a reliable vehicle, with the ability to drive safely and efficiently.
- Right to work in the UK, with a valid passport, birth certificate, or indefinite leave to remain.
- Satisfactory references, demonstrating a history of providing high-quality care and support.
- Minimum availability to progress is alternate weekends, both Saturday and Sunday.
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.00.
