Job Title: Block Manager

Job Type: Permanent – Full Time

Location: Edgware, HA8

Salary: £40k

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Block Manager to join our team at Worth Recruiting. As a Block Manager, you will be responsible for managing an established property portfolio, including the administration of Section 20 Notices, management accounts, and AGMs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage an established property portfolio, including the administration of Section 20 Notices, management accounts, and AGMs.
  • Develop and implement effective property management strategies to maximize returns and minimize risks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, leaseholders, and contractors.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills, including the ability to remain calm and considered under pressure.
  • Manage budgets, prepare financial reports, and maintain accurate records.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Significant previous experience in Block Property Management.
  • Administration of Section 20 Notices.
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification preferable.
  • High level of customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and considered under pressure.
  • Superb organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize workload.
  • Confident team player.
  • Positive, professional, and customer-focused with an ability to build relationships.
  • Willing to keep up-to-date with training and relevant legislation.
  • Full UK driving license and car owner.
