Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and collaborate with the external sales team to ensure a seamless sales cycle for customers.
  • Guide and consult customers through the sales cycle, offering expert technical advice and guidance.
  • Manage the sales inbox and provide a first-class service to customer queries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
  • Utilize your electrical knowledge base to provide informed solutions and recommendations to customers.

Requirements
  • Electrical knowledge base and experience in a fast-paced technical sales environment.
  • CAD or CAM experience is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Location

This role is based on-site, requiring a 5-day week commitment.
