About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Affairs Associate to join our busy R&D/Technical team. This is a challenging and responsible role that requires a candidate with some previous experience in a similar Regulatory role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to the Head of R&D in ensuring compliance with relevant chemical regulations.
  • Manage global consumable product labelling and safety data sheet information.
  • Support the creation and submission of regulatory applications for biocidal products, REACh, and other associated regulations.
  • Administer global biocidal regulatory authorisations and renewals, and any applications for exemptions, etc., for REACh-related work.
  • Read, analyse, and sift through large regulatory texts to identify pertinent information.
  • Provide internal guidance on the impact of regulations on proposed new and existing product technologies.
  • Knowledge and understanding of global biocidal product regulations, REACh, Detergents regulation, labelling (CLP), and MSDS.
  • Support the team with any compliance-related activities.
  • Advocate the company's position on relevant regulatory topics.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience within either Regulatory Affairs or a similar field.
  • Ability to communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Ideal education to Degree Level in a scientific subject.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment within a cross-functional team.
  • Ideal regulatory certifications/accreditations would be advantageous.
