Key Responsibilities:

Managing Electronic Correspondence:
Oversee and organize incoming electronic communications.

Preparing Standard Correspondence & Reports:
Draft and dispatch standard letters to stakeholders.

Evaluating Case Documentation:
Review case files and execute necessary follow-up actions.

Communication:
Interact with clients, directors, the public, and private sector organizations via phone, email, or written correspondence.

Data Management:
Ensure precise data entry and upkeep of our databases.

Skills & Requirements:
Proficient in IT, especially in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
Prior experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal English skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
