We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. This role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer orders accurately, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet and welcome visitors, customers, and stakeholders in a professional manner.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person or location, and communicate company policies and procedures as needed.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls, and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Receive and sort post and deliveries, and provide cover and assistance with packing and shipment of sample orders.
- Process customer orders accurately using the NAV computer system, and check emails to ensure orders are processed quickly and efficiently.
- Update customer details on the NAV computer system, and assist with finance queries regarding customer orders.
- Effectively communicate and liaise with internal and external customers regarding queries on any orders.
- Maintain files, update records, and provide quick and accurate information when required.
- Assist with sales and marketing administration as needed, and ensure good relations and communications with all members of the team.
- A minimum of GCSE or equivalent at grade C or above in English and Maths.
- A customer service related qualification.
- Experience of answering, screening, and transferring calls.
- 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Experience in high-speed accurate data entry.
- Experience in providing advice and assistance to work colleagues and customers.
- Experience handling confidential information.
- Proven strong planning, organizing, and time management abilities.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Well-organized and self-motivated.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong customer focus.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- Able to work flexible hours as required and to travel as required to ensure business needs are met.
- Possess a full, current driving license.
