Job Title: AD Hoc Mental Health Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in Chelmsford, Essex. As a key member of our mental health hospital, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide compassionate and person-centered care to patients with diverse mental health needs.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Lead shifts and mentor student nurses to promote professional growth and development.
Requirements:
  • Current active NMC Pin and registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Health Act and its application in practice.
  • Strong patient centric approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care.
