Job Opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team in a leading mental health hospital based in the Chelmsford area. You will be working for a reputable healthcare provider that offers high standards of treatment for a diverse range of mental health difficulties.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse, your key duties will include:

  • Providing high-quality care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorder
  • Developing therapeutic relationships to optimize patient engagement
  • Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others, and promoting ethical practice
  • Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
  • At a more senior level, you'll also need to lead shifts, mentor, and support student nurses and other team members

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE. We offer a range of benefits, including:
