About the Opportunity

Cortez Agency is seeking an experienced Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to support the Marketing teams by overseeing and directing the influencer-based marketing strategies for a fast-growing beauty company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute influencer campaigns, closely monitoring the direction of content produced by influencers.
  • Take ownership and build out the affiliate channel, optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Source and engage with influencers globally, following the brand's guidelines.
  • Negotiate contracts, compile scripts and briefs for collaborations.
  • Review and approve content before it's pushed across social channels.
  • Implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the affiliates channel.
  • Lead the development of this department and hire within.
  • Report directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in influencer outreach management and campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of using affiliate systems and how to strategize them.
  • Previous experience within the beauty or fashion industry.
