CRT/VPI Plant Supervisor

CEAT is seeking an experienced CRT/VPI Plant Supervisor to lead our CRT/VPI plant operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and monitoring daily production to meet deadlines and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage CRT/VPI plant operations, ensuring efficient production and quality control.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to reduce cycle time and increase productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address bottlenecks and quality issues.
  • Lead fault analysis and prepare RCA and CA reports to drive corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO documents and audit requirements.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Oracle and other relevant systems.
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • BE/BTech degree with 3-4 years of relevant experience in CRT/VPI plant operations.
  • Proven track record of process improvements and productivity gains.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to drive team performance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
