Job Title: Construction Works Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Works Manager to join our team at Cavendish Professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the site programme, ensuring labour, plant, and materials requirements are met.
  • Take accountability for delivery and manage quality of the works.
  • Previous experience as Works Manager, Works Inspector, Marine Superintendent, Manager, or similar.
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications required.
  • Relevant experience within water, civils, piling, and marine works.
  • Degree in Engineering, Construction, or similar field.
Requirements:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.

Please note that we are looking for a candidate with a strong background in construction management and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
