Job Summary:

Pertemps Bond is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a small on-site post and reprographics team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Ensure all team members are adequately trained and equipped to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Process Management: Oversee the implementation and adherence to established processes, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure business continuity.
  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Business Development: Collaborate with the Senior Management team to drive business growth, ensuring all contractual obligations are met and operational excellence is maintained.
  • Best Practice Champion: Promote and implement best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness within the team.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide guidance and support to the Team Manager in managing multiple teams and locations, as needed.
