Shepherd Neame, Britain's oldest brewer, is seeking an aspiring Safety professional to help us 'Brew a Safe Culture' across our Brewery and Support Office.
As part of a small but dedicated Safety Team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders in Property, Engineering, Production, and Tenanted teams. You will communicate and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures, arrange safety-related training, and assist People Leaders in each function and our Tenanted Pubs with investigations following accidents or incidents.

Shepherd Neame, an independent family business, boasts an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and more than 270 at our Brewery and Support Office.
