About the Role

We are seeking a skilled mental health professional to join our Crisis Hub team in North Central London. As a Crisis Single Point of Access Clinician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality healthcare advice and support to individuals in mental health crisis.

Working in partnership with Barnet Enfield & Haringey Mental Health NHS Trust and Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust, you will be part of a robust clinical and managerial leadership structure that encourages professional development and growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage individuals in mental health crisis, using sound decision-making skills and effective communication techniques.
  • Develop and implement crisis safety plans, working closely with junior colleagues and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to the Mental Health Clinical Advice Line for Police, supporting them in making informed decisions about Section 136.
