We are seeking a driven and seasoned Internal Sales Team Manager to join our organization and contribute to our ongoing growth.
The Internal Sales Team Manager will be instrumental in expanding, guiding, and overseeing the internal sales team to meet and surpass sales objectives.
This individual will be tasked with formulating and executing sales strategies, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

Supervise the daily operations of the internal sales team while leading by example and contributing to team outcomes, providing guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their individual and collective sales targets, and ensuring all income generation and related activities align with the organization's culture, vision, and values.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and broaden the customer base.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and making data-driven decisions to enhance sales processes.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to improve the skills and knowledge of the sales team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to align sales strategies with overall company objectives.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, providing insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee sales team schedules, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
