Job Summary:

We are seeking an ambitious and organized Recruitment Administrator to join our team at Gap Personnel in Bristol. As a Recruitment Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our branch, sourcing candidates for clients, and upholding the company's compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify and approach potential candidates with utmost professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent levels of communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Advert Placement: Draft and place adverts with job centres, job boards, and other relevant platforms to attract top talent.
  • Interview Coordination: Manage the interview process, ensuring all internal standards and procedures are adhered to, and demonstrating a proactive approach to candidate marketing.
  • Candidate Matching: Skill-match candidates with client requirements, providing excellent customer service via telephone and email communications.
  • Network Liaison: Liaise with the network to gain a good understanding of client-specific requirements and adhere to them.
  • Pre-Screening and Booking: Pre-screen candidates, book them in for interviews, and conduct client-specific assessments and inductions.
  • Contract Management: Match workers to relevant bookings and book workers onto contracts, ensuring seamless candidate marketing.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with candidates and the Gap network.
  • Recruitment Campaigns: Run recruitment campaigns, including CV searching and utilizing all available recruitment media.

  • Flexible Working Hours: 9am – 3pm, Monday to Friday
